2. Our Services

Nurture with Care Kids Academy provides licensed childcare and early education services for children ages 12 months to 7 years in Oak Harbor, Washington. Our services include:

• Young Toddlers Program (12-24 months)
• Toddlers Program (2-3 years)
• Preschool Program (3-5 years)
• School-Age Program (5-7 years) - Before and After School Care

We are licensed to serve children up to 7 years of age.

3. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and completion of required registration forms. Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment, including emergency contacts, medical information, and authorized pickup persons.

4. Tuition and Payment

Tuition rates, payment schedules, and policies are provided during enrollment. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in our Parent Handbook.

5. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children. Parents/guardians agree to:

• Keep children home when they are ill
• Provide up-to-date immunization records
• Notify us of any allergies or medical conditions
• Follow our illness policies as outlined in the Parent Handbook

6. Communication

We communicate with families through various channels including email, newsletters, our parent communication app, text messages via cell phone, and direct phone calls. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding your child's care and academy updates.

7. Photography and Media

With your consent, we may take photographs of children participating in activities for use in our newsletters, website, and social media. You may opt out of media consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate enrollment with written notice as specified in your enrollment agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services if policies are repeatedly violated or if we cannot meet a child's needs safely.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure children's safety, Nurture with Care Kids Academy shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs despite our reasonable care and supervision.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date but make no warranties about completeness or accuracy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
